Our work is delivered through four interconnected pillars community, move, nourish and support. All designed to reduce isolation, strengthen wellbeing and help women and families access the support they need.

Mums Connected

Our flagship peer support programme delivered across Greater Manchester and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

Mums Connected provides welcoming, judgement-free spaces where women can build friendships, access information and connect with others navigating similar experiences.

Sessions include:

• Monthly in-person Mums Connected sessions

• Guest speakers and themed discussions

• Honeybunch Exchange access at selected sessions

• Opportunities for friendship, support and community connection

Little ones are always welcome.

Mums Connected Online

Monthly online sessions designed to introduce and build interest in the following month's Mums Connected theme.

Delivered towards the end of the preceding month, these sessions help create a bridge between online and in-person support.

The sessions aim to:

• Introduce upcoming themes

• Encourage reflection and discussion

• Increase accessibility for mums unable to attend face-to-face sessions

• Strengthen connections across our community

Mums Connected Pop-Ups

Light-touch outreach sessions delivered within existing community settings, including:

• School coffee mornings

• Family hubs

• Parent groups

• Community organisations

These pop-ups help us connect with mums where they already are, increasing awareness of Honeybunch and reducing barriers to support.

Virtual Village

Our free online community, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, designed to ensure that no woman has to navigate motherhood alone.

Virtual Village provides a safe and supportive space where women can access encouragement, connection and information from the comfort of home.

Through Virtual Village, members can:

• Connect with other women at all stages of motherhood

• Access exclusive online opportunities and wellbeing sessions

• Receive updates about Honeybunch activities and events

• Discover local services and support pathways

• Be reminded that they are not alone

Virtual Village is home to initiatives such as Moment for Me Sundays and provides an accessible way for women to remain connected to their village, wherever they are.

One-to-One Peer Support

Delivered by trained Honeybunch Peer Support Volunteers, one-to-one support offers a listening ear and compassionate encouragement. Delivered both online and in person.

Support focuses on:

• Reducing isolation

• Building confidence

• Emotional support

• Encouraging connection into wider Honeybunch services

• Signposting and escalation where required

Moment for Me Sundays

Exclusively for members of our Virtual Village.

Facilitated by Dr Joyti, these gentle online wellbeing sessions are designed to help women pause, reconnect and prioritise their emotional wellbeing.

Sessions may include:

• Self-compassion practices

• Guided reflection

• Breathwork exercises

• Calming and grounding techniques

• Emotional wellbeing discussions

• Mindfulness-based activities

Delivered through an appointment-based model supported by Honeybunch's HR expertise.

Providing support with:

• CV development

• Interview preparation

• Returning to work after maternity leave

• Identifying transferable skills
