Mum's Connected is a free mum-to-be and mummy meet-up, hosted by our founder and ceo Denita Danielle. The sessions are funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, designed to bring mums together in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Delivered across four locations in Greater Manchester, Mum's Connected sessions will be led by guest experts and focus on key topics including feeding, perinatal mental health, physical health, and early motherhood. Alongside expert-led discussions, sessions offer space to relax, connect with other local mums, and build meaningful friendships.
Little ones are always welcome, and sessions are designed to be inclusive, friendly, and accessible for all mums.
Babies, Brews & Bargains is our monthly pre-loved baby pop-up stall, designed to support families in an affordable, welcoming, and community-led way.
Mums and families can browse and buy pre-loved baby and children’s items for just £1 per item. Hot drinks, cakes, and treats are also available for £1 each, giving parents a chance to relax and enjoy a little treat while they browse.
We also provide a soft play and sensory area for babies, offering a safe space to play while parents connect and shop.
All funds raised go directly towards supporting other Honeybunch Community projects and programmes, helping us continue to support mums and families in our local area.
Babies, Brews & Bargains is about community, affordability, sustainability, and connection — creating a space where families feel welcome and supported.
Our Wellness Walks are a relaxed, monthly opportunity for mums to get out of the house, enjoy fresh air, and gently move in a supportive and friendly environment.
These walks offer time to slow down, reflect, and connect with other local mums, with no pressure and no expectations. Little ones are always welcome — whether in a pram, carrier, or walking alongside you.
Wellness Walks focus on connection, community, and supporting your wellbeing, one step at a time.
Move, Flow & Bond is a gentle, nurturing movement session led by our Health and Wellbeing Director, Leeah — a qualified personal trainer, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and specialist in pre- and postnatal fitness.
These weekly classes, held at Sister & Soul in Urmston, combine gentle postnatal exercise, yoga-inspired movement, and bonding activities with your baby. Designed for mums and their pre-walking babies, the sessions support physical movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Virtual Village is our online mum support community, also funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, created to ensure mums feel supported beyond in-person sessions.
Hosted via WhatsApp, Virtual Village is moderated by trained volunteers with safeguarding and Mental Health First Aid training, helping to keep the space safe, supportive, and inclusive.
As part of Virtual Village, we also act as a signposting hub, helping mums access relevant local and national services for further support, guidance, or follow-up advice when needed.
Virtual Village offers connection, reassurance, and support — wherever you are, whenever you need it.
Moment for Me Sundays is an online self-care and reflection session, exclusively for Virtual Village members. Part of our wider Virtual Village community, an online support network for mums funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. These sessions are designed to help members pause, practice mindfulness, and cultivate self-compassion in a safe, nurturing space.
Hosted once a month via Zoom by Dr Joyti, a qualified psychotherapist with training in counselling, psychotherapy, and yoga, each session blends guided mindfulness, reflective exercises, and gentle group connection. As part of Virtual Village, these sessions also complement our broader support network, offering reassurance, connection, and practical guidance for navigating everyday challenges, wherever you are, whenever you need it.
