Family Food, Postnatal Nourishment & Practical Support for Mums

Join us this March for a special Nutrition-focused Mums Connected session with award-winning Community Registered Nutritionist and mum of three Aliya 💛

This relaxed, baby-friendly session will focus on practical, realistic ways to:

• Nourish your body in the postnatal period
• Build balanced family meals without overwhelm
• Create healthy habits that actually fit into busy mum life

There’s no pressure, no judgment, and no “perfect eating” — just supportive, evidence-based advice delivered in a warm and welcoming space.
